Plain-language notes for this portfolio demo — what is collected, why, and what not to submit.
Bloom Dental is a portfolio demonstration site. It is designed to look and behave like a real dental practice website, including booking and AI chat. It is not a live medical provider. Do not submit real protected health information.
If you use the booking form, we store the details you submit (name, contact info, service preference, preferred time, and notes) so the demo operations dashboard can display them. If you use the chat widget, messages are sent to our chat API for a generated reply. Standard technical logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) may be processed by the host for security and rate limiting.
Demo data is used only to power this portfolio experience — confirming bookings in the ops dashboard, answering chat questions about the fictional practice, and keeping the site reliable. We do not sell personal data.
Chat requests are processed by an OpenAI-compatible API through api.justeita.com. Hosting and edge delivery run on Cloudflare. Those providers process data under their own terms for the purpose of running the service.
Booking records for this demo may be cleared periodically. Chat content is not retained as a long-term medical record. Do not rely on this site for archival of personal data.
You can avoid the booking form and chat entirely and still browse the site. For questions about this demo, email the address below.
